Refund & Cancellation Policy
Terms regarding fixed-duration payments, non-recurring memberships, and transaction support.
1. Fixed Duration Structure
JANAVEDIKA memberships are non-recurring, fixed-duration micro-payments. Because memberships do not auto-renew, there are no recurring subscription charges.
2. Payment Inquiries and Reconciliation
If a payment fails to activate membership or an unconfirmed deduction occurs, transaction status is verified server-side through gateway webhooks and records.
3. Requesting Transaction Support

4. Discretion and Applicable Rules
Refund requests, where applicable, are handled under approved business policy and applicable rules.
